Senior IT Manager (m/f/x)

DAILY PLAYGROUND

WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR  
  • Own day-to-day IT operations for a globally distributed, remote-first organization, including business applications, endpoints, infrastructure, identity and access management, asset lifecycle management, and user support
  • Administer and improve the Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and Power Automate environment, including access controls, device compliance, and workflow automation
  • Manage SaaS platforms, IT vendors, licenses, contracts, renewals, asset governance, and technology spend
  • Support Microsoft Business Central and integrations across finance, sales, and operational systems, including HubSpot
  • Maintain secure employee onboarding, role changes and offboarding processes, applying least-privilege and role-based access principles
  • Coordinate the external security provider responsible for security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, security testing, and compliance support
  • Act as the internal technical owner for ISO 27001:2022 ensuring evidence collection and remediation actions are completed
  • Maintain IT documentation, operational procedures, and disaster-recovery arrangements

YOUR SKILLS

  • Several years of experience in system administration or IT management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  • Experience with identity and access management, device management, and endpoint security
  • Experience managing SaaS tools, licenses, vendors, contracts, and IT assets
  • Good understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access
  • Knowledge of IT security, incident response, compliance, and disaster recovery
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, international environment
  • Fluent English

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with ISO 27001:2022
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central and HubSpot
  • Experience working with external security providers
  • PowerShell or other automation skills
  • Experience with Windows and macOS environments
  • Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing tools
  • Relevant Microsoft, ITIL, security, or ISO certifications
